This class is a 3-day commitment and all 3 days are mandatory. If you cannot attend one of the sessions it would be best to give an opportunity to someone else to take the class. We can then place you on the list for the next upcoming class (dates to be determined).
Additionally, this class has a large physical component which can be somewhat demanding. Those with physical limitations can still attend the class, the instructors will just need to be advised of those limitations.
Attire for the class is conservative gym clothes and comfortable sneakers. Long hair should not be worn loose to the extent it becomes a hazard. It would be best if women with long hair style it in a bun or ponytail.
