Emily Arcia has worked in banking for over 35 years, serving customers in a retail environment and specializing in Consumer Lending, Home Equity Lines, Home Equity Loans and Small Business Lending. As a Vice President Store Manager at TD Bank Palmetto Bay Store, Emily approaches her customers’ financial and banking needs with a personal touch. Emily’s success has not gone unnoticed, Emily is the recipient of the Vision in Action Award, CEO Leadership “Road to Legendary” Award. As a Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program Alumni, previously a facilitator, Emily is currently on the Executive Planning Committee as a Project Chair. In addition to Leadership Miami, Emily currently serves on the Board of Directors for Be Strong International a non-for-profit organization that uses an evidence-based curriculum to teach adolescents about healthy relationships, financial literacy, and educational and career success to more than 3,400 students within Miami-Dade and Broward County Public Schools each year. Emily greatest accomplishment is her family, spouse of over 32 years and has 2 grown children.

Tamara is a resident and business owner of Palmetto Bay for over 16 years. As an insurance agent since 1993, Tamara’s passion is providing the best solution for her client’s personal and commercial insurance needs. While working full time she attended and graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Business administration. Tamara spends most of her time taking care of her first and second family. Her first family is her husband, two beautiful girls, Sofia and Mia and her two dogs; and her second family is her TEAM. Tamara is blessed to be surrounded by an amazing team of professionals who share her vision and enjoy continued growth and education to assist her clients during their most challenging times. Tamara enjoys reading and dancing, she loves a good comedy also. She believes that life is meant to be lived with love, passion for what you do and be present when matters most.

Kellene Cole
Board Member
Kellene Cole is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center Director with Club Fellowship. Her quest for knowledge garnered her expertise in Technology, Health Science, and Psychology. However, her passion for humans, whose reservoirs of courage and optimism have dried up, yet so ambivalently seeks the aid of those who can guide them on the transformational voyage to a place where challenges are mastered, lifelong dreams fulfilled, and hope restored led her to a career where she can abridge the widening gap between mental illness and psychological wellness.
Kellene traded the Tennessee mountains for the beautiful tropics of South Florida after supporting her husband’s military career. She currently calls Homestead, FL home, where her most fulfilling role is being a wife and business partner to her veteran and gratifyingly mothering to her two beautiful children.
John Eubanks, Vice Chairman
John Eubanks is an engaging and dynamic school leader and teacher beginning his fifteenth year in public and private school education. His background in marketing and finance as well as his strong mastery of educational concepts have served him well in his role as Associate Director of Palmetto Bay Academy. He is especially proud of the work that he and his wife Maggie are able to accomplish as owners and on-campus leadership of Palmetto Bay Academy. PBA has been in Palmetto Bay for 22 years and is a premier non-traditional school supporting students who are not thriving in large schools. Graduates attend colleges and universities the world over and PBA maintains its commitment to the uniqueness of each learner.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Mississippi College and worked in advertising and marketing for other companies as well as his own. At age 35 he followed a dream that he had for some time and joined his wife in the field of education. John earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and a second Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas.

Yané Marie Sleppy

Yané Marie Sleppy loves teaching and loves music. Since 2001, she has taught students from preschoolers to retirees, including Grammy-winning artist Damian Marley. She founded At Home Music to bring lessons to students’ homes, motivating them to participate in recitals and talent shows.
She made her piano debut at age 15, playing the Mass for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Kendall, FL and since has accompanied numerous organizations including Miami Children's Theater and Florida Orchestral Association. She served as the pianist for Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, LCMS for 17 years and is currently the Director of Music Ministry at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary - Saint Richard Catholic Church in Palmetto Bay.
Yané Marie is a born and bred Miami-Dade Countian and a U.S. Army veteran, having served as an electronic repair technician. She currently lives in Cutler Bay with her husband of 21 years and is particularly proud of having home schooled their five awesome (and mostly musical) children.

Tana M. Llinás is a multi-disciplinary award-winning designer, speaker, and businesswoman. A business leader for more 17 years, Tana is the founder of and creative director behind Brand Poets, specializing in integrated brand systems. Tana earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and began her professional career in Barcelona, Spain working with top brands before returning stateside. Alejandra Aguilera is a family law attorney with over 15 years of legal experience and she has a passion for serving her community. In 2016, she founded The Aguilera Law Center, located in Palmetto Bay and handling cases such as amicable and highly litigated divorces, injunction hearings, child support and child custody, name changes, and adoptions. She is a Rotarian, and currently serves as President of the Rotary Club of Perrine, Cutler-Ridge/Palmetto Bay, where she has been able to grow the club and also help raise thousands for college scholarships, much needed school equipment, and food donations for homeless students in local schools. In her spare time, she loves playing pickleball and spending time with her three little ones and her fur baby.
