Reservation and pre-payment required. The meeting includes a box lunch and water with a cash bar available. Food will be cooked and served using individual packaging and wrappings to minimize potential health issues. **PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE A VEGETARIAN MEAL AT TIME OF REGISTERING** The venue is an outdoor, tented space with ample parking in the heart of Palmetto Bay. • Temperature checks will be administered to be allowed entry to the venue.

• Guests must always wear a facial covering, except when eating/drinking.

• Anyone not adhering to the guidelines will be removed from the event site.
