As one of the leader at Christ Fellowship, Sammy Flores will be talking about “Crafting Memorable Guest Experiences.” As many of us know, Sammy was the PBBA President several years ago and certainly knows how to light up a room.

As a Pastor with 40 years of practical leading, training and coaching experience of large staff teams and hundreds of volunteers, Sammy Flores helped lead and execute the mission and vision of one church of 1,100 people to a multi site church of nearly 10,000 people. He is an enthusiastic leader of hundreds of volunteers and am proficient in music, production, guest experience, event planning, branding and design. Sammy is highly motivated by new challenges and opportunities and also have a love of spiritual shepherding, leading and encouraging others.

Sammy currently serves as the Director of Guest Experience and Connections. As Ministry Director for Christ Fellowship, he is responsible for creating an extraordinary experience each and every weekend that helps people connect to God. Sammy is responsible for leading, training and executing the guest experience by leading hundreds of volunteers each weekend.
